Roxanne, RRT - President

It was Roxanne’s dream and vision of a home care company that always puts the patient first that brought Ascent Respiratory Care to life. Her 30 years of experience covers a vast array of respiratory care, ranging from home and hospital care, to clinical education and ventilator manufacturing research and development. She is uniquely positioned to lead the company and make Ascent the leading home ventilation health care company in Colorado and Wyoming.

In her role as president and founder, Roxanne sets the bar for exemplary and compassionate patient care and exceptional communication. Her strong leadership skills and dedication to the business allow her team to provide the most comprehensive home ventilator care available. Roxanne is the 2017 recipient of the Colorado Society for Respiratory Care Leadership Award in recognition of her work to advance the care of ventilated patients in the home. She is well-known and respected within the respiratory care community nationwide, and is frequently called upon to present educational material in clinical settings and at industry events. Roxanne is licensed to provide respiratory care in Colorado and Wyoming.

Joshua - VP of Operations

Joshua serves as the vice president of operations, and manages the day-to-day business activities for Ascent Respiratory Care. With a background in customer service experience, he understands the integral role the daily operations plays in providing outstanding patient care. Joshua’s strong work ethic and genuine concern for unsurpassed patient care bolsters the company’s ability to become the leading home ventilation health care company.

Joshua is also a certified BioMed technician and is trained to service the LTV, Trilogy and Vivo ventilators. He ensures all of Ascent’s equipment is well maintained and works at peak performance.

Monica, RRT - Respiratory Service Supervisor

Monica brings 15 years of experience in respiratory therapy. She joined Ascent in 2023 as a respiratory therapist and was quickly promoted to a supervisory role. Her compassion, reliability and excellent clinical skills and knowledge are a major asset to Ascent, both in providing care to our patients, as well as overseeing and coaching our clinical staff. Prior to joining Ascent, Monica worked at a local hospital where she provided comprehensive care to complex respiratory patients in the intensive care unit.

After spending her career in the hospital environment, Monica sought out an opportunity in home care. She is enjoys learning about the newest developments in home respiratory care, and appreciates the opportunity to develop a relationship with her patients as well as her colleagues. Monica is licensed to provide respiratory care in Colorado and Wyoming.
